from what i know, foreigners who want to make their residency in romania have to pay a tax, which is pretty high, around a few thousand euros per year.
but in order to do that, i suppose your university diploma has to be recognized in romania.i believe the best way to clear out things about the diploma would be to contact the romanian ministery( if this is the right word ) of public health, or the romanian embassy in your country.
anyway...i'm still amazed by your choice, but...it's a free world with free options

ok, that's a start...i shall check about the diploma.
In a place where as an intern you get arround 125 ron per month....but, taking in consideration that a foreigner, doesn't receive salary as a resident in romania, because he is paying for his studyes, he doesn't get it(residency) by an exam just like a local (this is what i read on this forum, from one person only-maybe there r other comments as well, bt didnt manage to read- at the same time i am not sure if it is a reliable information) 125 ron is
something than
nothing.
Im waiting for more helpful information
Thanks for trying at least

see thats because u didnt read the ones in romanian.....
u can start by reading this,
http://www.thediplomat.ro/law_0305.htmhttp://www.expatfocus.com/expatriate-ro ... -residencyand this.
http://www.vivid.ro/vivid64/pages/legal&general64.htmas for my stupid comments i don't feel appologizing about. I think its insulting for your romanian colleagues to have a colleague with the same rights as them and the same medical training without being able to understand a word of what the patient might be saying.unless you will train in english....if possible.
but again I didnt understand whther u want to train as a doctor here or just want to become a resident of this country.
