of the small curve with a semitone image (differential diagnosis with malignant
antral niche!).

a micii curburi cu imagine de semiton (diagnostic diferențial cu nișă antrală
malignă !).
Operatory Specimen (distal gastrectomy; gastrojejostomy
T-L): ulcerative crater in antral zone, surrounded by oedema.
Piesa operatorie (gastrectomie distală cu gastrojejuno anastomoză
T-L): crater ulceros în zona antrală,
înconjurat de edem.
Histopatologycal Exam: chronic ulcer with important fibrosis
process and nodular chronic inflamatory infiltration.
Examen histopatologic: ulcer cronic cu marcat proces de
fibroză și infiltrat inflamator cronic nodular.
