Hydrops of the Gallbladder
(V.M., f., 48 ani / years old)
Clinical Manifestations:
intense colicky pain in the upper abdominal region, nausea, biliary and alimentary vomiting.
Clinic:
dureri colicative intense în etajul abdominal superior, greață, vărsături bilioalimentare.
Echography:
distended gallbladder with hyperechoic images, with posterior shadow.
Ecografie:
colecist destins, cu imagini hiperecogene cu con de umbră posterior.
Operation ( direct subserosal cholecystectomy):
note the distended gallbladder.
Operația (colecistecomie directă subseroasă):
se observă colecistul destins, în tensiune.
Puncture of the cholecyst: white bile.
Puncția colecistului extrage "bilă albă".
Surgical Specimen:
distended gallbladder with many 0,5-1cm diameter, poliedric stones.
Piesa operatorie:
colecist destins locuit de multipli calculi poliedrici, fațetați, 0,5 -1 cm diametru.
