Clinical Manifestations:
pain in the left lower abdominal quadrant. Note the 10 cm left ovarian tumor.
Clinic
: dureri la nivelul regiunii anexiale stângi.
Obiectiv: tumoră ovariană stângă de cca 10 cm.
Echography:
left ovarian complex mass suggesting a dermoid cyst.
Ecografia
: formațiune complexă la nivelul ovarului stâng sugerând un chist dermoid.
Operative Photograph:
left ovarian cyst.
Aspect intraoperator
: chist ovarian stâng.
Surgical Specimen
- entire.
